Maintenance and Updates Policy

Regular Maintenance:

#SpaceHost is committed to ensuring the optimal performance and security of the provided services. To achieve this, regular scheduled maintenance may be necessary. #SpaceHost will provide the Customer with a minimum of 3 days' advance notice of any planned maintenance windows or potential downtime. The notice will include the expected date, time, and duration of the maintenance.


Updates and Upgrades:

#SpaceHost understands the importance of keeping the Customer's operations up-to-date with the latest features, improvements, and security patches. As part of our service commitment, #SpaceHost will promptly deliver updates, upgrades, and patches to the product. These updates will be deployed in a manner that aims to minimize disruption to the Customer's operations. However, some updates may require brief periods of downtime, which will be scheduled during off-peak hours whenever possible, and the Customer will be informed in advance.


Emergency Maintenance:

In critical situations where immediate action is necessary to maintain the security and stability of the services, #SpaceHost reserves the right to perform emergency maintenance without prior notice. However, #SpaceHost will inform the Customer as soon as possible about any unplanned downtime or emergency maintenance.


Customer Cooperation: To ensure the smooth execution of updates and maintenance, #SpaceHost may require reasonable cooperation from the Customer. This cooperation may include providing necessary access, information, or support during the maintenance window.


Exclusions:

This Maintenance and Updates Policy does not cover any issues arising from the Customer's misuse of the services, third-party software, or any other factors beyond #SpaceHost's control.


Rollback and Testing: Before deploying major updates or upgrades, #SpaceHost will conduct thorough testing to minimize the risk of issues. In the unlikely event of any significant problems resulting from an update or upgrade, #SpaceHost will promptly initiate a rollback to the previous stable version.


Communication Channels: #SpaceHost will use the established communication channels to notify the Customer about maintenance schedules, updates, and any relevant information related to the services.
